In the April release we introduced the icon view to all users. New this release is the addition of thumbnails for supported image files. The thumbnails provide a good overview of content in folders with many image files. Supported file formats (i e image files which will get a thumbnail version) include: GIF, JPG, BMP and PNG. |

| Meetings - Calendar |
A new Calendar will be introduced, which will have the same features and functionality as the one present today, Of course, all your meetings (that already are visible in your project) will remain intact. The reason for introducing a new Calendar is to create a better user experience for all of you (Mac users have problems with the current one for example) and to modernize it.
Also, e-mail messages that are sent by Projectplace to meeting participants will be changed to integrate better with your day-to-day calendar software, e. g. Outlook or Google Calendar. For instance, that means meetings are added to your calendar with just one click and that meeting details changed by the organizer are automatically updated. |

| An Access Rights Overview |
This release included some finishing touches to Access Rights in Projectplace. Fixes include:
- There is now help available (demo film + link to help pages) for groups and members
- When inviting members to a project, these members can be added to more than one group
- Bugfix: It looked as if a member could change group members, although there were no save button. Now changed to "view mode" that is not editable
- Changed terminology: "other members" are now "members not in a group"

In My Preferences > Personal Details, you can now add your LinkedIn public profile URL, which will be available to fellow project members. This is the first iteration of possible future integration efforts vis-a-vis other online services. |

| Bugfixes |
To sum it up: The Project Overview is now bug free! We also fixed a lot of Mac/Safari/Chrome related issues, for example.
- Meeting participants are not being saved in Safari (MAC)
- Error when trying to open document with names containing & in Mac
- The ability to add members to a project when using Safari
- Fixed alignment of the contextual menu in Documents which simplifies hovering over the correct document/folder
- Time Reporting both in Tasks and private now viewable in Safari, previously the view was blank
And a lot of other stuff were taken care of:
- Knowledge base in firefox not working
- No tollgate name displayed in portfolio reports on project level
- Add member: E-mail Addresses: Info in box disappears
- Wrong link in online meeting film German
- After updating the workplan the page reloads and you end up at the top

| An Access Rights Overview |
In short, this is an Excel report that shows what access rights have been set to folders in the Document tool. Not access on tools. There is a button in the Document toolbar to generate the report, and that button is only visible for Administrators. The report works for PC and Mac. |

| Improvements in handling groups and access |
We also did these quality improvements to groups when we were at it: Admins now can see members of a group when looking at a folder. Admins can also add/remove a user from a group, directly from the user. Up until now, the admin would have to go into each folder to do the change. Each group has its own view with info, and we added member pictures to that together with clickable member names (to open up the member view). |

Saving unposted text in conversations. Logouts or accidental navigation should never make your unposted thought disappear. So, from now on, if you start writing a post or comment it will be there in the textfield until you post it. Phew. Works in these web browsers: Firefox 3.5, Safari 4, IE8 and Chrome 4. IE7 unfortunately does not support this, and that is due to a technichal constraint in IE7. |

User photos in comments |
We continue with the work on showing pictures instead of bulleted lists or user icons, and now the turn came to comments. So everywhere there are comments, there should now be photos.
Netviewer upgrade
We are now using Netviewer's Saas solution. For our customers, the difference in user experience is as follows.
- PC user with the plugin - no difference at all
- A PC user without the plugin, with Java installed - better! no need for downloading an exe-file and choosing "run" etc, the session just launches.
- A PC user without the plugin, without Java installed - no difference at all
- A Mac user (comes with Java by default) - better! Mac users can now be moderators and starting a meeting is easy

The pseudo group "Other members" (where you are a member if not member of any other group in the project) gets read and write access to Tasks by default. Today, this group has only read access by default. Administrators still have additional access rights. |

The idea is to give new users a safe starting point where the risk of getting lost is small, and at the same time convey the idea about the particular tool.

Project Overview - conversations |
- Zip and save all project conversations including attachments and links
- Possibility to de-activate the conversations
- Admins are able to delete posts
- The original poster gets an e-mail that the post is deleted.
- Categorising posts by tagging, and then viewing and sorting by tags. The tags have their own tab, where you also get tips on how to use this handy feature. Click on a tag, and an extra tab will appear, containing all posts with that particular tag in it. Very useful as a search function!
- A new tab "My", which displays all post you have posted, commented on or been mentioned in.
- Share conversation - distribute link by copy/paste
- Clear info about the wall on login
