Do the following to create a new task, work package or milestone:
- Drag the task, work package or milestone and drop it into the plan.
- Enter a describing text
You can work in two different views:
List view - create and structure your tasks fast and easy.
Schedule view - change duration of your tasks or work packages. This view is very interactive and it gives you a good visual overview of your plan.
Change the color of your tasks:
Double click on a task, work package or milestone in Schedule view, or go to List view to change the color.
