Single sign-on (SSO)

Automate your username and password entries with just a single click.

What is single sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication process that permits a user to enter name and password once, which then allows access to multiple applications. You will no longer be prompted to enter multiple passwords to all your computers, systems and applications during and in between particular sessions.

  • No more multiple passwords to remember
  • Simple, seamless login to Projectplace via your web browser
  • Reduced risk of data leakage in systems connected to identity- management systems
  • No client installation apart from a web browser
  • Corporate network password policies also in effect for Projectplace

Integration with cloud SSO providers

In addition to its native SAML support, Projectplace also integrates with leading cloud single sign-on providers OneLogin, Ping Identity, Okta and more. When using a cloud identity management provider, organizations are able to simplify the integration process and benefit from many additional security and management features.

Just-in-time provisioning

You can use a SAML assertion to create users on the fly the first time they try to log in to Projectplace, and simultaneously make sure those users have the appropriate account privileges. For instance, when new employees log in with SSO, their account is automatically created for them.

How do you implement SSO?

SSO, the new, additional module to the Projectplace Enterprise offering, can be implemented within one to two daysFor more information on the SSO package please contact your account representative.
